These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Laetoto ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Laetoto online casino and sports betting platform accessible at laetoto.cam ("the Platform").

Laetoto may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. We may restrict withdrawals or full Account access until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all personal information held in your Account. If any information changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. Laetoto is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
Each individual may hold only one Account on Laetoto. Duplicate or multiple Accounts held by the same individual ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. Laetoto reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void any associated Transactions, including winnings, without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You must notify Laetoto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, or if your login credentials have been lost, stolen, or compromised. Laetoto will not be liable for any financial loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials or to notify us promptly upon discovering a breach.
All deposits on Laetoto are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is RM30,000 for standard bank transfer methods, and lower limits apply for certain e-wallet channels.

All deposits must be made using a payment method that belongs to you personally. Laetoto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment instrument not registered in the Account holder's name may be subject to investigation, return, and Account suspension.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment instrument that has been previously used for a deposit and that belongs to you as the registered Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Laetoto processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the following indicative timelines:
Processing times are indicative only and may be extended where additional verification is required, where there is a technical issue with the relevant payment channel, or where a request falls outside normal business hours for the relevant bank. All bets are subject to acceptance by Laetoto. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed with knowledge of information not available to the general public, where there is evidence of price manipulation, or where the odds offered were the result of a manifest error.
In the event of a manifest error in any odds, lines, or results displayed on the Platform — including typographical errors, system errors, or errors arising from external data feeds — Laetoto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. A "manifest error" means an error that is objectively obvious to any reasonable person at the time the bet was placed.
Live in-play betting markets are offered subject to a delay between events occurring and odds being updated. Laetoto is not responsible for any bets placed during a period in which live data is delayed, interrupted, or unavailable. Laetoto reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.
Mix Parlay bets combining multiple selections are settled on the basis that all legs must be settled. If any leg is void, the Parlay odds are recalculated excluding the void leg. The minimum number of active legs for a valid Mix Parlay is as stated in the relevant sportsbook rules.
All casino games — including live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, video slots, crash games, and lottery games — are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game.
All games on Laetoto are powered by licensed game studios using independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Laetoto does not modify game mechanics or RTP (return to player) rates. Published RTP figures reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Laetoto and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent banning:

Laetoto's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Laetoto does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. Access to the Platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, security updates, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Laetoto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through the complaints process described above.
